Fun Fact:
Fizzers were launched in the 1930s as Swizzels’ very first fizzy sweet, hand‑packed until WWII. The trademark tingle comes from malic acid and sodium bicarb sparking a tiny tongue‑top reaction—still made to the same poppin’ formula in New Mills, Derbyshire today.
